Vaco is actively seeking an Agile Product Owner for a direct-hire position with our client in Memphis. This is a permanent opportunity to join a highly respected organization that is a proven leader in their field!Product Owner SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product development efforts in alignment with business goals and customer needs. As a key member of the Agile team, the Product Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality software solutions.Requirements:
- Manages team development progress and provides updates to leadership, product management, and stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile methodology to promote efficient project management processes.
- Direct story creation for teams and partners with the Scrum Masters to facilitate team story backlog.
- Communicate project vision and user stories to development teams.
- Lead regular demonstration and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
- Partner with agile scrum master, other technology teams, and stakeholders to test and deliver features in the team backlog.
- Demonstrated skills utilizing Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, and/or Scrum processes.
- Employment Type: Direct-Hire Position
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Memphis, TN
- Target Compensation: Commensurate with experience
- Employment Status: Corp-to-Corp or employment sponsorship is not being considered at this time
